Email address: When you sign up for the newsletter or waitlist.
Country code: Detected via Cloudflare headers for service availability. Not stored.
Referral code: If you arrive via an affiliate link. Stored in session only.

3. Legal Basis

We process data based on your consent (newsletter, affiliate tracking) and legitimate interest (service availability).

Web analytics — legitimate interest. We rely on legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) to measure how our website is used. The purpose is to understand traffic and page performance so we can improve the site; this cannot be achieved without some measurement. The processing is low-impact: our analytics are cookieless, set no cookies and access no browser storage, do not track you across other sites, and build no profiles of you — only aggregate, statistical metrics are produced. On balance, this limited processing does not override your rights and freedoms. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest at any time (see Your Rights).
